We want board games in Batumi to be accessible and their components to remain intact. Please read the rental rules carefully. By renting a game, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
1.1. Security Deposit: When renting, you must provide a deposit equal to 100% of the game's market value as specified on the website.
1.2. Deposit Refund: The deposit is refunded in full after the game is checked for completeness and the absence of damage.
1.3. Liability Limit: The total sum of the rental fee and accumulated fines cannot exceed the amount of the security deposit.
2.1. Minimum Term: 1 day (24 hours).
2.2. Schedule: • Pick-up: after 13:00.
Return: before 12:00 on the last day of the rental period.
2.3. Late Returns: • If the game is returned after 12:00 and it is not booked by another client, a fee for 1 additional day of rental will be charged.
If the game is returned after 12:00 and it is booked by another client, a fine equal to three times the daily rental rate will be charged.
2.4. Extension: You can extend your rental in your personal account or by contacting us, provided there are no existing bookings from other users.
3.1. Games are rented exclusively within Batumi. Taking games to other cities in Georgia is prohibited.
3.2. Delivery to Client:
Orders under 100 GEL — 10 GEL.
Orders 100 GEL and over — Free.
3.3. Returning the Game to the Shop:
Requesting a courier for return is always paid — 10 GEL (regardless of the order amount).
Free self-return is also possible by prior arrangement.
4.1. On-site Inspection: Upon receiving the game, the client is obliged to check the components and their condition. By confirming receipt, you agree that the game was handed over in proper condition.
4.2. Damaged Components: In case of loss or damage to any component (cards, tokens, board, instructions) or the box itself, GeekPrime reserves the right to withhold up to 100% of the deposit at its discretion for restoration or replacement of the copy.
4.3. Card Protection (Sleeves): If only the protector (sleeve) is damaged while the card remains intact, only the retail cost of the sleeve will be charged.
