Return and Exchange Policy

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase made in our online store within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

How to notify us: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@geekprime.ge or by phone at +995 598 705 875. We will send you the instructions and information required to process the return.

We accept returns for products in their original condition. Please note the following rules:

Merchantable Condition: To receive a full refund, the product must be sealed, have all factory seals intact, and show no signs of use.

Opened Packaging: If you have opened the factory packaging (broken seals, opened box perforation), the product is considered used and loses its collectible/market value. In this case, according to the law, the refund amount may be reduced by the loss of the product's value (up to 80% of the original price), as we will be unable to resell the item as new.

Completeness: All internal elements (parts, manuals, stickers) must be present and undamaged.

What is refunded: We refund the full cost of the product and the initial delivery cost (at our standard rate).

Timeline: Funds will be returned to your account within 14 days of the return notification. We reserve the right to withhold the payment until we actually receive the goods or receive proof that they have been sent.

Method: The refund is processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If you are returning a product of good quality ("change of mind"), the cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.

If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, GeekPrime covers all transportation costs.

Please check the condition of the box in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is severely damaged, take a photo and notify us within 24 hours by phone or messenger.
