"Geek Prime" — A brand owned by Individual Entrepreneur (I/E) Ilia Laptev.

"Geek Prime Website" — The website owned by I/E Ilia Laptev, address: https://geekprime.ge and all its subpages.

"Goods" — LEGO construction sets, board games, and other products listed on the website for sale.

"Personal Information" — Any data defined as "personal" by the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection."

"Transport Company" — A courier service (e.g., Delivo) providing delivery of goods to the buyer.

When you place an order on our website or send us an email, communication between the company and you is carried out electronically. Electronic correspondence has the force of a written document and may be used as official correspondence between the parties.

All goods, texts, images, logos, and other content on the website are the property of I/E Ilia Laptev or product suppliers and are protected by the Law of Georgia "On Copyright and Neighboring Rights" and international regulations.

Geek Prime does not sell products directly to children. If you are under the age of majority, orders must be placed with the consent or participation of an adult.

In the case of delivery within Batumi, Geek Prime is responsible for the safety of the goods until the moment of handover.

For delivery across Georgia via third-party services (Delivo, etc.), the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier.

Attention: If you find the packaging damaged, you have the right to refuse the parcel. From the moment of signing the receipt for a parcel with undamaged packaging, Geek Prime is not responsible for any mechanical damage to the goods.

According to the Law of Georgia "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" (dated June 1, 2022), the buyer has the right to return goods purchased online within 14 calendar days.

Return Conditions: The product must maintain its commercial appearance; the packaging must be unopened and undamaged. All accessories and original boxes are mandatory.

LEGO and Board Games: Goods are not eligible for return if the factory packaging (seals, protective film) has been opened, as this compromises the commercial value of collectible items.

Refunds: Funds will be returned within 10 days to the same account from which the payment was made. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Geek Prime store is provided on an "as is" basis. I/E Ilia Laptev is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website.

Any disputes arising between you and I/E Ilia Laptev are governed by the legislation of Georgia.

Regions of Georgia: Delivery is carried out by Delivo. Terms depend on the distance of the settlement.

Cost: If the order amount is less than the specified threshold for free delivery, the cost is calculated according to the courier service's rates at checkout.
