We strive to deliver your joy as quickly as possible. Delivery is carried out by our partner courier service, Delivo.
2.1. Processing Times:
Orders placed before 18:00 are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 18:00 or on weekends are processed on the next business day.
2.2. Delivery Costs:
Batumi: Free for orders over 100 GEL. Otherwise — 10 GEL.
Across Georgia: Free for orders over 200 GEL. Otherwise — 10 GEL.
2.3. Delivery Times:
Batumi: Up to 2 business days after order processing.
Other regions of Georgia: Up to 5 business days after order processing.
In accordance with the Law of Georgia on Protection of Consumer Rights, you have the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days.
Packaging Integrity: We sell collectible and new items. If factory seals or packaging (e.g., a LEGO box) have been opened or damaged, the product loses its market value.
Value Reduction: If the packaging is opened, the refund amount may be reduced in proportion to the loss of the product's value (up to 80% of the price), as the item can no longer be sold as new.
Refunds: We refund the full cost of the item and the standard cost of the initial delivery within 14 days. The costs of shipping the item back to Batumi are covered by the Buyer.
The risk of accidental damage to the goods passes to you at the moment you receive the package from the Delivo courier. Please check the integrity of the box upon receipt. In case of damage, take photos and contact us within 24 hours.
GeekPrime provides board game rental services.
This service is governed by a separate "Rental Agreement," which is signed (or confirmed online) during the checkout process.
The Renter bears full responsibility for the safety of all game components and timely return.
Your data (name, phone, address) is transferred to the Delivo courier service solely for delivery purposes and is protected by the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
All relations between GeekPrime and the Buyer are governed by the legislation of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if impossible, in the courts of Georgia.
