Decrypto: Anniversary Edition
Decrypto: Anniversary Edition — Become Masters of Encryption and Deduction!
Decrypto is a recognized global hit and the #1 party game according to BoardGameGeek. The Anniversary Edition celebrates the game's success, offering players an even more stylish design and refined gameplay.
In this game, you will step into the shoes of government agents and cryptographers. Your task is to transmit a secret digital code to your teammates without your opponents intercepting it.
How it works:
You split into two teams. Each team has its own terminal with four secret words hidden under special filters. Each word is assigned a number from 1 to 4.
Encryption: The Encryptor receives a card with a three-digit code (e.g., 3-2-1) and must provide three association clues for the words under those numbers.
Understanding: Your team must correctly match the clues to your words and guess the code.
Interception: The opposing team listens carefully to your clues. Over time, they will begin to understand the associations behind your words and attempt to decrypt your code before your allies do!
Why choose the Anniversary Edition?
Premium Design: Updated box and component design featuring a "retro-futuristic" aesthetic and mid-20th-century spy gadgets.
Ideal Balance: Rules are explained in 5 minutes, yet the strategic depth keeps you coming back for more.
Intellectual Excitement: This is not a game of speed, but of logic, knowing your friends, and finding the balance between "too simple" and "too complex."
High Replayability: A massive number of word cards ensures that every game session is unique.
Who is this game for?
Association Lovers: If you like Codenames, Decrypto will be your new favorite, offering deeper and more intense gameplay.
For Large Groups: Plays perfectly with 4 players or a large group of up to 8.
As a Gift: The Anniversary Edition looks prestigious and will be a highlight of any board game collection.
Win with your intellect! In Decrypto, it’s not just about being smart—it’s about being on the same wavelength as your team. Can you transmit the cipher and remain undetected by enemy radars?
